Danielle Ott, DC
Hi, I’m Dr. Danielle Ott. I believe in holistic care where, along with chiropractic adjustments, optimal health can be achieved through specific dietary changes, physical activity and health empowerment. My mission is to get you moving better and feeling better, whether you are 6 months postpartum or 6 years postpartum. I want to provide you the tools needed to reach your goals.
I grew up in North Branch, MN and then went on to college at Winona State University in Winona, MN. In May 2007 I graduated Winona State with a B.A. in psychology. After graduation, I worked at a chiropractic wellness clinic and saw first-hand the amazing benefits of chiropractic care. I knew within a month that Chiropractic was a profession that I needed to be a part of. I returned to school to get an equivalent to a B.S and attended Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan in August 2013. At Logan I learned multiple adjusting techniques including Diversified, Activator, Basic, Cox-flexion Distraction, Gonstead, and Webster. I have a passion for a whole body approach to health, especially for women in the postpartum period and knowing the importance of nutrition inspired me to continue on with school. In December 2014, when I received my Master’s in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University.
I am a wife and mom to 2 little boys and love sharing the funny things they come up with in life.

Megan Hejny, DC
Hi, I’m Dr Megan Hejny and I am beyond excited to be part of the amazing team of women chiropractors at Nourish.
I believe that chiropractic care plays a role in increased health and vitality. I was lucky to grow up as a “chiro baby” as my father is also a chiropractor. Seeing how it impacted my young life in such a positive way made me want to be able to share this with others. It is my honor to work in the realm of prenatal and pediatric care and my goal is to see families thrive.
My education began at the University of MN, Duluth where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology. I then received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. While at Northwestern I did everything I could to learn more about working with pregnant mothers and babies. Some of the advanced training I have done includes courses through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), Webster Certification which is a technique to reduce intrauterine constraint for pregnant women, Acupuncture and DUTCH hormone testing to optimize women’s hormonal health, rehabilitation of infants with lip and tongue ties and protocols for working with children with sensory processing disorders. I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a certificate in prenatal yoga!
My significant other, Sam, and I have been together since we met in Chiropractic school. We love everything to do with the outdoors and have an activity for every season. Traveling and experiencing other cultures is a passion of mine. When I am home I have to try new recipes and I am always reading at least one book.

Alissa Brinkman, CNRTP
Please help us welcome Alissa, our new Nutrition Response Testing Specialist!
Here's a little bit about Alissa's "Nourish Story"!
I started coming to Nourish in 2017 as a patient and we quickly grew our family from 4 to 6! Nourish walked with me through my twin pregnancy and helped with my goal to deliver 2 healthy, juicy babies naturally. Our journey was just starting with Nourish. We were blessed to get breastfeeding support, tongue/lip tie referrals, adjustments and CST therapy for the twins to help me reach my goal of breastfeeding them for 2 years.
In 2019 I began working at Nourish as the Saturday gal at the front desk, and have been so grateful for all that I have learned and the amazing team I've been a part of.
I became a Holistic Nutritionist in 2020 to better help my family be as healthy as possible. Nutrition has always been a passion of mine and after deciding to get trained in Nutritional Response Testing (NRT) I have found my sweet spot!
After experiencing breakthroughs in my own health and children's health, I love helping others get the same success. When we can give the body what it is asking for, it's remarkable to see how it can heal and balance itself.

Lyndsey Robinson, LC
Hi, I’m Lyndsey,
I do both lactation counseling and craniosacral therapy. As a lactation counselor, I enjoy helping families meet their goals with breastfeeding. Breastfeeding rarely comes naturally but does have a high success rate when mother and baby are properly supported. I enjoy being part of that team to support a mother and help her meet her own goals. I specialize in oral ties both before and after a release or even what can help if parents decide not to have ties released. I now have personal experience with having a tongue tie release which helps me answer questions about the procedure in greater detail and share how it was life changing for me.
I have been a craniosacral therapist for the last several years and have enjoyed learning how this non-invasive therapy can be helpful in so many areas. People living with physical or emotional trauma, even small events, can find relief with craniosacral therapy. I have yet to see a baby who was born completely aligned with no tension in their body. Craniosacral therapy can help release this tension and increase their chances to grow straight with less stress on their entire nervous system. To learn more about craniosacral therapy, please see the description in the services tab.
